3. A licence to access our servers is granted automatically to
anyone who meets all of the following parameters:
a. Has not been banned or in any other way forbidden to use our services by a member of staff.
b. Has no intention of using our services to make money.
c. Will use our services for entertainment purposes only.
4. You agree that you cannot access our servers without a licence as laid out in Term 3.
5. You agree that you shall not and cannot hold
the owner or any of our staff responsible for content submitted by our members.
6. You agree that it is your responsibility to ensure that
minors are not exposed to material on these services that could be deemed unsuitable.
7. You are in no way affiliated or are a staff member of any other Game Servers.
8. You agree not to advertise any other Game Servers.
9. You agree to obey all Game Server Rules.
10. All logos and trademarks in this site are property of their respective owners.
11. If you don't have anything nice to say, don't say anything at all.
12. Use common sense.
13. You will agree to any future amendments to these terms of service.
14. You agree that our services are not in contravention of any law.
15. You agree that you shall disclose to us any information
about our services that could or would be detrimental to us or our members.
16. You agree to not conduct yourself in a manner that others may or do find offensive.
17. You agree to accept any decision made by the owner or any member of staff without question.
18. You agree to not take any action that is or could be detrimental to our services or our members.
19. You agree to not click on advertisements you are not interested in and not to over click
any advertisement displayed on the Web site.
20. Connection to our Game Servers may only be made via our own client software.
You will not use any other software to connect to the Game Servers.
